Knotty

Knotty is a series of 3D renders downloadable as a wallpaper package. The original purpose of the project was to study creation of interesting raytrace materials and composition. The main element is the famous “Torus knot” 3D primitive. To create interesting, dream-like compositions I wrapped the knot with a light-emitting and reflective cylinder which forms the whole visible background. The result is post-processed and arranged to a wallpaper series. Feel free to download and share with your friends.
